The Fritz Pollard Alliance (FPA) was founded to help the NFL grow diversity within their leadership ranks. Live 1 Media was called to create a website that not only told their story but encouraged new leaders to rise up in the National Football League both on and off the field. We started by telling the story of Fritz Pollard, an early pioneer of professional football diversity. Then we featured a few head coaches who were given the opportunity to lead through the Fritz Pollard Alliance like Tony Dungy, Mike Tomlin and Lovie Smith. From head coaches to front office leadership, the Fritz Pollard Alliance has been the primary catalyst for the increase of minority leadership within the NFL. Live 1 Media was proud to be a part of it all.
